Inga Gircyte  is a Lithuanian multidisciplinary artist living and working in Canada. Her work explores painting’s possibilities through different surfaces and mediums. Often rendered at an intimate scale, Inga’s  semi-surreal compositions find a balance between abstraction and figuration. Her work is  grounded in an expressive visual vocabulary informed by her personal experiences from 26 years spent in Eastern Europe and  her adopted  life as a new resident in Canada.
